Senior Portrait Client Forms

Senior portrait sessions are a major milestone. Unlike family sessions, these are highly personalized and often lean into a more "editorial" or "lifestyle" vibe. The goal is to capture the senior's transition from one chapter to the next.

Here is a questionnaire designed to help me get to know you and your personality, style, and interests before we begin our session.

Hobbies & Props: Do you want to include any "extras" that represent your time in school?

The Must-Have Shot: Is there one specific photo idea you’ve seen (maybe on Pinterest) that you absolutely have to get?

Final Products: Are you mostly looking for digital files for social media, or are you interested in a high-quality graduation album and printed announcements?

Senior Portrait Agreement

1. Session Details

Pricing: Base pricing starts at $250
Location: Includes 2 locations of your choice and no more than 3 additional outfit changes.
The Vibe: This is an exciting milestone! Clients are encouraged to dress in clothing that represents their unique personality and style. Let’s have fun and capture your sparkle!
Travel Fee: A $50 fee applies to sessions in Summerville, Goose Creek, Kiawah Island, Johns Island, and Edisto Island.

2. Image Delivery & Downloads

Editing & Timeline: Your fully edited images will be delivered via an online gallery email within two week of the session date.
Included Images: The session fee includes 15 high-resolution digital images of your choice, available for download with full print rights.
Full Gallery Upgrade: You may choose to purchase ALL edited images in your online gallery for an additional $99.

3. Prints & Sharing

Pixieset Gallery: Images are delivered through a professional gallery that can be shared with family and friends.
Printing: While a professional print store is linked to the gallery for high-quality products, the Client is free to download and print their selected images at any print lab of their choice.

4. General Terms

Retainer: A $50 deposit is required to hold the date.
Rescheduling: If you need to move your session due to weather or illness, please provide 48 hours' notice.
Usage: The Photographer may use images for promotional purposes (social media/website) unless otherwise requested by the Client in writing.
